JILAC began its journey in 2018 with a small team and a vision to transform in the construction industry. The company initially specialized in small-scale residential renovations, water management, focusing on quality craftsmanship and personalized service. Over time, JILAC gained a loyal clientele, thanks to its dedication to detail, quality, speed, timeliness and transparent project management.

In 2020, JILAC recognized the growing demand for commercial and infrastructure development. We made strategic investments in advanced machinery, project management software, and skilled labour, enabling them to handle larger-scale projects. Taking part in a successful completion of a major commercial complex in 2022 marked a turning point for the company, allowing us to expand our portfolio to include road works, hospitals, schools, etc. and retail spaces.

By 2023, JILAC had grown into a reputable construction firm, known for its innovative designs, commitment to safety, quality, speed and sustainable construction practices. The company now operates in multiple cities, with a team of professionals, and continues to build a legacy of excellence in the construction industry.
